The trust is currently made up of 11 academies, including secondary, primary, and further education and we are set to increase the number of academies.
The Trust has an exciting opportunity for 2 HR Apprentices to join our central HR team based at The Maltings Offices (HX2 0TJ).
Whilst being supported to complete your Level 3 in HR Support, you will undertake a range of hr administrative duties including:
• Posting of adverts
• Undertaking pre-employment checks for new starters
• Allocating and monitoring of e-learning courses
• Maintenance of employee records
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in either HR or administration.
What we need?
• GCSE grade 4/5 in Maths or English (or commitment to achieve functional skills as part of apprenticeship)
• Strong IT skills and confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team member
• Highly organised with an attention to detail
