Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in their early stages, ensuring cases are passed to the legal team promptly with all necessary information.
You will follow up on documentation with clients and third parties, handle queries via phone and email, and provide high-quality service and support.
The role requires close collaboration with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders to keep updated on progress and confirm details.

* Previous customer service experience, ideally within a regulated environment (sector flexibility considered)
* Exceptional customer service skills and passion for delivering the best experience
