We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative, hardworking and experienced Teacher of English to join our outstanding faculty at St Martin’s from September 2026.
You should be an inspirational teacher who is committed to bringing out the best in every student. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice whilst being actively committed to building upon the department’s strengths and successes.
They will have the ability to develop and inspire students and bring a range of skills and experience that will enhance learning, whilst motivating students to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a positive and active role in professional development to ensure the role is carried out to the highest standards.
We are an ambitious secondary school, situated on the outskirts of Caerphilly (a short drive from Cardiff, Newport and the M4). Caerphilly train and bus station is located a 5 minute walk from the school.
