Key responsibilities of a Lettings Property Manager
As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained. Every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties. You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Property Manager
· Excellent customer care
· Self-motivated, well organised with a good understanding of the residential lettings process.
· Will have successfully dealt with tenant disputes and returning deposits.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
· A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Monday – Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays
