The Role The school is seeking a highly organised, efficient, and professional School Administrator to join its busy administrative team. This is a key role within the school, supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring that systems run smoothly and effectively. You will act as a central point of contact within the school, working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, students, parents, and external agencies. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider staff Manage incoming communications including emails, telephone calls, and written correspondence Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases Support admissions processes, including applications and enrolment procedures Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required Assist with safeguarding administration, ensuring records are accurate and compliant Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies Support the organisation of school activities, trips, and events Ensure all administrative processes comply with school policies and data protection regulations Working Environment The school offers a highly supportive and professional working environment.
