We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Liverpool (L22). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting pupils who need a little extra help to thrive — both academically and personally.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs

2. Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and learning materials to meet individual needs

3. Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to maintain an inclusive classroom environment

4. Supporting pupils to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning

5. Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support

What We’re Looking For

6. Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting

7. A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude

8. Strong communication and organisation skills

9. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
