The project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long-term value for all.
You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Site Delivery Lead in delivering the enabling works strategy.
* Coordinating scope development across enabling works packages.
* Aligning land access and third‐party requirements with delivery plans.
* Managing planning applications and consent conditions.
* Tracking access to land parcels and approvals.
* Monitoring budgets and programme performance.
* Overseeing design management and NEC scope development.
* Identifying risks, opportunities and constructability improvements to optimise delivery.
You'll need to have:
* CIOB/APM or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5/10 yrs experience working on major programme or projects.
* Previous Enabling Works experience with preference to include highways, rail, environmental mitigations, utilities.
* Engineering/Construction background preferred.
* Infrastructure experience preferred, but not essential.
