What You Will Do
1. Promote quality practices throughout the company by educating and supporting employees while embedding a culture of proactive risk management for quality.
2. Carry out physical inspections of products during the fabrication process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
3. Review inspection and quality assurance procedures in galvanising and powder coating facilities to maintain consistency and excellence.
4. Perform chemical process checks within galvanising and powder coating facilities to ensure uniformity and adherence to standards.
5. Conduct NDT dye penetrant testing on ENI 090 welded fabrications to guarantee the quality and reliability of products.
6. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental instructions while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work.
What You Will Bring
1. Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification and familiarity with inspection tools such as callipers and micrometres.
2. Proven experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions using methods like 8D, 5Whys, and fishbone diagrams.
3. A solid understanding of quality policies, procedures, and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to efficiently organise workload and communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
5. Knowledge of technical drawing reading and ISO Internal Auditor training is highly desirable.
