You'll be working alongside a friendly and dynamic team of family law specialists, supporting on a range of both Public and Private Law matters that make a real difference to clients' lives.If you're looking to develop your legal career in a forward-thinking environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect role for you.What you'll be doing:Supporting experienced Family Law Solicitors with varied and interesting caseloadsMeeting with clients, offering them reassurance and guidance through sensitive family mattersDrafting important legal documents including Part 25 and C2 applicationsManaging case files and ensuring compliance with court directions and deadlinesHandling a mix of public law (care proceedings) and private law (child arrangements, domestic abuse) casesWhy this role?
