We’re looking to offer a salary of circa £55,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Optimise and automate HR processes using digital tools to drive efficiency and scalability
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Global Product teams to align systems and data flows
* Support system enhancements including configuration, user access, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
* Lead UAT and training for new HR tech rollouts and global initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement through analytics, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* HRIS experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow
* Strong data skills using Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, and Excel
* Process mindset with knowledge of agile or lean methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Integrity and attention to detail when handling sensitive HR data
