About the Role
Pilgrims Hospices is looking for an organized Retail Stock Processor to join our team, ensuring sufficient stock is processed daily to maintain the required stock density for our Folkestone store.
Responsibilities
* Support the Retail Manager with daily stock processing to maintain stock density.
* Meet agreed financial targets.
* Maintain effective stock management and merchandising.
* Manage and train volunteers.
* Carry out shop administration duties.
* Follow health and safety policies and provide training when needed.
* Implement and promote the growth of our Gift Aid scheme.

The post holder must ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, aligned with retail environment standards.
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time role (7 hours per week) based at Pilgrims Hospices Folkestone General Store. Working days will usually be on weekends, with a regular shift pattern, though flexibility is essential.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should:
* Have a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Be able to work well independently or as part of a team.
* Have retail sales experience, particularly in fashion retail.
* Be numerate and commercially aware.
* Have awareness of high street retail fashion.
