Reporting to the General Manager, our Head Chefs (Kitchen Managers) play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It's about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
* Support the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new Kitchen team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
* Manage stock control and food margins.
* Oversee NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits to high standards.
* Ensure delivery to specifications and brand standards.
* Drive high performance through development and regular one-on-one meetings.
* Pay attention to detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
