Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a busy and growing manufacturing/ production team in Wellingborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a long-term career in manufacturing, with full training provided and excellent progression potential.
The role is hands-on and physical, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is reliable, and keen to learn.
Responsibilities
* Be involved in the manufacture of high-quality products, using power tools and machinery, meeting production needs, and maintaining quality standards.
* Follow safety regulations and company policies, accurately follow data and instructions, and carry out manual handling tasks.
Requirements/Qualifications
* We\'re looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, good communication and numerical skills.
* Experience with tools or manual work is desirable but not essential, and you must be physically fit and comfortable with lifting and physical tasks.
Training and Development
Full practical and office-based training will be provided by an experienced trainer, with ongoing support and development available throughout.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right individuals. As your experience grows, so will your opportunities for progression. There is long-term scope for career development, including training across departments and the potential to move into leadership roles as the business continues to grow.
