Norfolk Inns is a family-run pub company with a small collection of sites across Norfolk. We are not a traditional chain, and we take pride in the individuality of each of our pubs. Every venue is unique, with a strong focus on delivering the food and drink our customers expect from their local pub, alongside a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The role
We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive under pressure and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to both front of house and kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of both kitchen and front of house
Manage key performance indicators, including budgets, wage control, wastage, and gross profit
Drive the business forward with energy, initiative, and determination
Embed yourself within the local community, supporting initiatives such as local sports teams and charitable fundraising
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety
Lead by example and inspire your team with a hands-on management style
About you
Experienced in managing a community-focused pub or similar environment
A strong leader with excellent organisational and people skills
Self-driven, resilient, and commercially aware
Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Couples welcome
We are particularly interested in management couples (though this is not essential), ideally consisting of one Chef and one Front of House Manager.
What Norfolk Inns can offer
Competitive salary: £32,000 per person (up to £64,000 per couple)
