What you'll be doing:
As Team Leader, you will support our vital care services to elderly and vulnerable people living at our Residential Care Home, Heath Lodge. You will lead our dedicated Care Team while supporting the Registered Manager and Chief Operating Officer with organising, planning, and implementing strategies to improve the service. You will be responsible for coordinating the updating of care plans and will attend care assessments.
What we need you to bring to our community:
You should have a minimum level 3 in a Health & Social Care qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior care position. What is truly important is that you are a confident, passionate, compassionate, and motivated individual who wants to make a real difference to people's lives.
If you have these qualities and qualifications, this is the role for you. We will provide comprehensive training and shadowing, working to nurture your skills and previous experience to prepare you for this brilliant opportunity.
