We are partnered with a fast-growing, London-based technology scale up to identify their first permanent Chief Financial Officer.
The business operates a B2B SaaS platform. With a loyal and growing customer base, strong retention metrics and an ambitious leadership team, the company is at an exciting inflection point in its growth journey.
Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the finance function, building it to match the pace and ambition of the business.
* Support future fund raising and investor reporting.
* Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics
* Manage cash flow, working capital and month‑end reporting
* Support the CEO and board with investor‑facing materials and strategic financial analysis
* Drive process improvement and financial infrastructure — implementing the systems and controls needed to scale
* Play an active role in the senior leadership team
The ideal candidate
Will be ACA /ACCA/CIMA qualified. You will be hands‑on by nature, comfortable building as well as managing, and ready to step into a first CFO role. A high‑energy, commercially minded individual who thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
The role could suit a candidate with similar experience, alternatively a person who is looking for their first start‑up journey.
