Your new role
As an Accountant, you’ll be responsible for providing financial support across various departments, helping to ensure accurate reporting, budget monitoring, and strategic financial planning. What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to be a part or fully qualified accountant with experience in a financial environment — this doesn’t need to be within localernment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability tomunicate financial information clearly are essential. You’ll also need a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, and a proactive, organised approach to work. Experience with financial management systems will be beneficial.
