Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. This role requires sales experience but not essential. In return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package with a bonus scheme.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
* Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service of delivery.
* Provide updates and clear communication to customers regarding their requests, services, or orders.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our systems.
* Liaise with accounts, supporting with pro forma invoices, transport paperwork and transport bookings.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
* Previous experience in a customer service or liaison role is desirable.
* IT literate and comfortable with CRM systems (training provided).
* Driving licence is desirable

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
