Care Team Leader
Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising the shift.
* Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.
* Administering and recording medication.
* Carrying out risk assessments.
* Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible.
* Working closely with the leadership team to develop services.
* Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable.
* Well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
* Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
* Good understanding of care planning processes.
* Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.
* Natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
