As an Enforcement Lawyer you will play a key role in advising and supporting operational colleagues and contribute directly to public confidence, both in HSE and the wider justice system. These roles will involve handling your own caseload of criminal prosecutions, providing advice on investigations and making the decision whether or not to institute proceedings.
