As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for an experienced Amazon & eBay Product Lister / Marketplace Specialist to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising product listings across Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces. This includes setting up products, ensuring accurate descriptions, optimising titles and keywords, and managing stock. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, upload, and optimise product listings on Amazon and eBay.
* Write engaging, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions to maximise product visibility.
* Manage inventory, pricing, and variations across multiple platforms.
* Monitor and update product performance (sales, rankings, reviews, etc.).
* Liaise with our warehouse team to coordinate FBA shipments and stock replenishment.
* Research competitor activity, product trends, and pricing strategies.
* Handle customer messages and queries professionally through the marketplace portals.
* Work closely with management to identify new opportunities for products and categories.
* Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Requirements
* Proven experience selling on Amazon (Seller Central & FBA) and eBay.
* Strong understanding of online retail and marketplace dynamics.
* Excellent written skills for product descriptions and keyword optimisation.
* Ability to research and analyse competitor activity.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel skills a plus).
* Knowledge of additional platforms (Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, OnBuy) is desirable but not essential.
