Created by two individuals that felt the corporate agency model was outdated and wanted to put their own stamp on the industry. Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive office sales
* Booking and conducting viewings and appointments
* Communicate well on the phone and in person
* Supporting the team with the day to day running of the office
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills:
* Good experience and ability working with computers and phones
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
* A passion for exceeding customers expectations
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Finer details:
* Smart, informal dress code
* Full time position, 5 days per week: 9:00am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri, 9:30am-4:00pm Saturday. One day off per week.
* Basic salary and team office commission
* Full UK driving licence and own car required
* 1-3 years agency experience required
* £25,000-£40,000 salary
