Property Consultant
Working hours: 08:45 - 17:30 Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month 09:00 - 14:00 with time back in lieu.
As a property consultant with ehB, you will be passionate about property and maintaining high customer satisfaction within our premier, award winning independent agency based in Warwick.
Your Duties:
* Assist with the management of the property portfolio
* Conduct viewings for both the sales and lettings departments
* Assist in progressing sales through to completion
* Provide property maintenance support services to landlords and tenants
* Ensure all properties comply with current legislation
* Conduct interim property inspections and check-outs, reporting back to landlords
* Coordinate with landlords and contractors to ensure maintenance and repair works are carried out as needed in a timely and professional manner
* Draw up a schedule of costs based on checkout dilapidations, negotiating between tenant and landlord deposit release
* Support front office in dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries
* General administration
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a confident communicator, both verbally and written who strives to achieve results. You will be able to work on your own initiative with strong organisational skills. Ideally, you will already have experience in working within the industry however we may be willing to train the right candidate.
