Team Leader – Middlesbrough

As a sales professional you will need to be accountable, passionate and ambitious to help with our growth plan in UK and help shape our sales force in Newcastle.
Overall Responsibilities
As a team leader of your own lase team you will be responsible for empowering and guiding the team to achieve full potential. You will be responsible for developing and growing your current portfolio and hit the monthly targets as team. Your team's success is your success
In particular:
* Promoting and selling the Verisure product to potential customers
* Weekly meetings with the team
* Training new and existing staff
* Leading, managing and motivating the sales team
* Proactively search for new revenue generating opportunities
* Support the sales manager in achieving the monthly sales target
* Acting as a security guru
* Manage team's scheduled appointments and installations
