We are currently recruiting Response Door Supervisors to join our teams for ongoing club work and Euros football match screenings in London Bridge, Oxford Circus & Kings Cross, then expanding to Waterloo. At present we are currently offering evening shifts to work Fridays & Saturdays at clubs and future shifts at Euro match screenings. We offer regular shifts and progression routes to the right candidates. As Door Supervisor you will uphold the four Ps of security at licensed premises (beer gardens, clubs & events) working as part of a team within the framework of our policies and procedures. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of service which reflects the companys outstanding reputation. You will uphold rigorous standards of internal best practice and external customer care. The sites we manage are busy, fun with a wide range of popular events and activities. Club nights/Events - Friday & Saturday (between 22:00 - 06:30 depending on each particular event) Beer Garden/Food Court, Euros screenings - Varied shifts from Monday - Sunday (shift times TBC) Key Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for ASMEP, promoting high standards of service and practice at all times by upholding our policies and procedures reflecting the corporate vision provide a high level of service report writing and submission fire Safety & first Aid first responder to any incidents that may occur and deal with effectively ingress & egress (including emergency and CT) conducting briefings and debriefings participate in on-site training promote communication between colleagues and departments for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that may arise provide guidance and support to colleagues, being considerate to all stakeholders and using a creative approach to problem solving maintain a proactive and visible presence throughout the venue, monitoring and raising service and standards accordingly any other duties as reasonably requested by the Head Door Supervisor, Walker, DPS and ASMEP Directors. Demonstrable experience of management and coordination of Door Supervisors with a strong focus on outstanding customer service and goal achievement (five years in a similar setting) A confident and proven decision-maker in a fast-paced environment, with the gravitas and credibility to command the support of customers, colleagues and client staff alike. Ability to forge strong working relationships within a high pressure environment. Pay Scales Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence required Rate of pay: £14.50 - £18.00 (depending on sector-specific level of experience, training and qualifications) no less than two years of proven experience within a similar role two work references required.
