In this role, youll be responsible for a portfolio of 140 residential properties, managing the full rental lifecycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handling any queries or concerns that arise.

The Role Youll manage all aspects of residential lettings, from resolving tenancy matters to coordinating repairs and overseeing property check-ins and check-outs.
Quarterly property inspections will be part of your routine, ensuring landlords are kept informed and tenants are aware of any actions needed.
At check-out, youll liaise with all parties to achieve a swift, fair outcome and prompt deposit return.
Your responsibilities will also include nurturing landlord relationships, providing maintenance and account updates, and suggesting improvements or refurbishments where appropriate.
Between tenancies, youll coordinate all necessary work to get properties ready for re-letting without delay.
Accurate record-keeping on the CRM system and staying up to date with compliance regulations will be central to your role.
