Job Description
Job title: IT Infrastructure Analyst
Location: Brixworth
Salary range: £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
Type: 12 month Fixed-term contract (yearly rolling)
Purpose of the role is to:
* Provide 1st class IT Infrastructure operational support.
* Focus on and improve reliability and availability across the IT application and Infrastructure landscape.
* Deliver new technologies that enable, enhance and support the clients’ strategic objectives. Balance priorities quickly and effectively whilst managing customer expectations
* Lead by example, as a technical escalation point for a broad range of IT support topics
* Use a strong and broad ranging technical and customer focused background to deliver on operational and project-based tasks, against demanding Service Level Agreements and challenging deadlines.
Deliverables:
1. Support and deliver technical solutions throughout all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle Exceed customer expectations whilst offering additional SME level support and guidance to fellow Infrastructure team members & management
