Working in our Relationship Management team, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of our business, focused on our top-tier customers operating in the world’s largest insurance markets.
Collaborating across our teams to ensure that we deliver on our customers' global strategies to enable their growth and efficiency. Acting as their advocate in our business and developing strong relationships built on trust and expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Relationship management of US insurance customers (and global clients as needed) – owning executive-level relationships to develop strategic partnerships within our insurance portfolio.
2. Adopt a value-based approach: demonstrate our capabilities' value to influence decision-makers internally and externally through informed and constructive conversations about product development, service levels, managing client expectations, strategic planning, and growth targets.
3. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to meet customer requirements efficiently and promptly.
4. Leverage industry expertise and client feedback to improve our insurance propositions. Understand US market nuances and the competitive landscape; work with Client Service, Operations, and Product Teams to add value for our clients.
5. Maintain an accurate customer database through effective CRM management (Salesforce.com).
6. Create and develop client presentations and sales materials to support customer discussions.
7. Build and develop the team to support US expansion, leveraging UK coverage and shared service capabilities, depending on client migration and new deal flow.
8. Oversee a team of relationship managers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to grow client portfolios and meet business targets.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven track record in corporate relationship management with 3-5 years’ experience as an RD or equivalent.
* Excellent relationship management skills with a history of growing existing business portfolios and exceeding revenue targets through consultative sales.
* Strategic mindset for client strategies and account planning.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce for client management.
* Experience in the insurance industry and/or global banking and payments is preferred but not essential.
* Effective team player.
* Passion for fintech/scale-ups with a proactive attitude.
