Job Opportunity: Contracts Associate in NHS Pharmacy Regulatory Industry
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial graduate to join the contracts team of a leading business in the NHS Pharmacy Regulatory industry, which has recently set a record for the number of contracts granted within a year, accounting for 50% of the market.
The company specialises in obtaining NHS Pharmacy Contracts through presenting legal arguments in accordance with legislation (Pharmacy and healthcare regulations). Once contracts are secured, sites are opened, scaled, or sold within 1–2 years.
The work is challenging, involving planning lines of argument prior to writing and debating against partners at law firms. You will need to write cleverly and effectively.
Your responsibilities include delivering contract applications, managing Secretary of State appeals, and liaising with key stakeholders such as MPs and Councillors.
The office is located in Coventry, with the flexibility to work from home three days a week.

* You should be a logical thinker with the ability to control the direction of legal arguments and articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
* The work can be challenging and may require flexibility outside standard 9-5 hours.
* Preferred degree backgrounds include Law (excluding those planning a legal career), Philosophy, or STEM-related fields.
