Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Asset Planning Analyst for a Secondment position. The Asset Maintenance Planning Team has responsibility for providing and managing effective business infrastructure and processes at a national level to support Asset Planning activities. The remit for this role will be support for the Asset Maintenance Planning teams programmes - electrical, pressure, chemical, ATEX and Telemetry. Reporting to the Asset Planning Lead Engineer, the Asset Planning Analyst will be responsible for providing high-level of support while having a flexible approach focusing on key activities including KPI reporting, data analysis, data input, workshop coordination and general administration duties where required. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Review data from inspection reports for understanding of trending of asset sets within programmes. Support building a model of assets within the programmes for future investment and replacement. Support development of maintenance best practice. Participate in Process & Continuous improvement activities. Participate and promote good co-operation, collaboration, and customer service within Asset Planning and other Functions. Support National and standardised ways of working. Support programme reporting and insights as required. Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines, policies, and processes. Provide best in class administrative support to the Asset Planning team. Support tasks & projects as required. Skills & Experience: Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable and/or relevant experience. Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a similar role in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable. Strong computer skills with a proficient working knowledge of MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with Oracle. Proactive with ability to work on own initiative and with others to ensure success in the performance of a team. Proven effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focused.
