* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
* Manage occupancy levels, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
* Support staff development through training, feedback, and ongoing professional opportunities.

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) - essential.
* Proven Nursery Manager experience in an early years setting.
