Primary Teaching Assistant Roles - Crawley (Flexible Hours)
Randstad Education is currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join a network of schools in Crawley. This is a Term-Time Only contract offering both Full-Time and Part-Time flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital partner to teachers, you will ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment by:
* Delivering targeted support to individuals and small groups, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Assisting with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
* Organizing classroom resources and participating in school events.

Requirements:
