You will be part of a small, ambitious public affairs team with the opportunity to join early in our growth journey. The role will be focused on winning new work and providing strategic public affairs advice to household name clients across a variety of industries.
Bradshaw Advisory
Bradshaw Advisory is a cross between a public affairs agency, a think tank and an economics/data consultancy, which means we work on a huge variety of projects and wrap around our clients' issues with a multi-pronged approach.
Our business model is to offer “high-value, low-volume” support. The team is made up of experienced professionals who work with a small number of clients whose challenges are particularly complex. We are public policy experts, confident in navigating the interplay between business, politics and regulation. Above all, we know what a persuasive argument looks like. Our clients are world-leading companies across a variety of sectors, and you can see some of our case studies on our website.
This is a fantastic time to join us in our growth journey. We are a small firm with big ambitions. We continue to grow year on year, and this brings opportunities for our team/you. We push back on boring corporate culture and detest bureaucracy. We are a fun bunch, and our clients appreciate this. We operate like a scrappy startup and will retain this small company culture. We are a team and operate a flat structure with as little hierarchy as possible. We’re absolutely a meritocracy, and your efforts will be rewarded in a timely fashion as we continually assess pay and benefits. You will be provided with autonomy and responsibility (whilst being fully supported) from day one and have the opportunity to make a sizable impact.
We all work a 4-day week to enjoy a 3-day weekend and emphasise the importance of our people having a healthy life integration. All colleagues have a generous annual leave allowance, and bank holidays can be flexed to use as you like.
