Client Services Executive
Praetura Investments is pleased to invite applications for the role of Client Services Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, committed individual to join an ambitious and growing business, and to play a key role in the development of our Client Services function.
The purpose of the role is to support Praetura Investments’ clients, financial advisers and internal teams, helping us to maintain a high standard of service as our client base continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an efficient, professional service to clients and financial advisers.
* Manage and administer all client processes across the full investment lifecycle, from onboarding through to withdrawal.
* Maintain accurate records in our back-office systems and support the upkeep of our online investor portal.
* Answer incoming calls and proactively resolve queries raised by clients and their financial advisers.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships and maintaining regular contact.
* Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with internal service level agreements (SLAs).
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an FCA-regulated investment manager or financial advice firm.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in dealing with financial advisers / intermediaries and their clients.
* A strong sense of personal accountability and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work.
