Corporate Security Officer (DV Clearance)

We are seeking SIA-licensed professionals who are British Nationals with a UK residency of 10 years+. You must be committed to and capable of undergoing DV clearance with our full support.
Once cleared, you will work a 4-on, 4-off schedule, covering days, nights, and weekends, where your expertise will make a significant impact.
We offer 42 to 48 hours per week at a competitive rate of £21.69 per hour.

Responsibilities include:
* Conducting security patrols and routine tests of equipment; managing traffic control and parking restrictions.
* Managing keys, locking/unlocking duties as per instructions.
* Monitoring systems, overseeing access control & camera systems (Bosch, Lenel), and investigating fire alarm activations.
* Responding to alarms and managing access control alarms using systems and cameras.
* Dispatching security officers, operating communication equipment, and applying ‘stop and search’ policies when necessary.
* Providing customer service, answering calls, and coordinating security services.
* Identifying and logging system malfunctions, raising tickets for repairs or requests.
* Managing emergency incidents, liaising with first responders, and following SOC protocols.
* Maintaining logs and records, conducting handovers, and reporting faults and hazards.
* Providing support and guidance to staff, visitors, and contractors; issuing passes and handling lost property.
* Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum requirements:
* Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
* British nationality and 10+ years UK residency.
* Valid SIA license (DS/SG/CCTV).
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* No criminal convictions.
* Experience as a Security Officer.
* Ability to complete DV clearance process.
* Report writing skills.
* Experience with surveillance systems (training provided).
* Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong IT skills and awareness of potential risks.
* Excellent communication and ability to coordinate teams.
* Calmness under stress and effective incident management.
* Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems within a SOC environment.
Additional desirable skills:
* CCTV license.
* Security management experience.
