Job Title: HR Analyst Location: UK Headquarters, Runcorn, Liverpool (Hybrid, 3 days in the office) Reporting to : Head of HR Business Partnering Job Summary Join our global HR analytics team and play a pivotal role in transforming workforce data into actionable insights. You’ll receive comprehensive training to support the team in delivering high-quality reporting and analytics to stakeholders across group and cluster levels. Your work will empower leadership to make informed decisions that enhance employee experience, drive organisational effectiveness, and support strategic HR initiatives. Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data across recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and engagement Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, time-to-hire) Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting cycles for group and regional leadership Assist in workforce planning and forecasting by providing data-driven insights Contribute to the development of HR scorecards and KPIs aligned with business goals Support HR business partners with ad-hoc analysis and tailored reports for specific initiatives Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams to align analytics with functional priorities Help manage and optimise HRIS and related systems for better data capture and reporting Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure integrity and compliance Document best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR analytics frameworks University degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, with demonstrable experience in delivering both quantitative and qualitative analysis. 3 years proven experience in HR analytics, people data, or a similar function, and the ability to evidence within a large-scale organisation. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data storytelling skills and proven capability in interpreting data to inform strategic HR and operational decisions. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
