About the Role: You will be leading and mentoring a team of practitioners in your designated room, creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children.
The Senior Supervisor will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with our Where Children Shine curriculum, whilst building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, and support the Early Years Manager in operational excellence and compliance.
