Clymac’s Small Works Coordinators
* Prepare and issue quotations for minor works, based on engineer surveys and customer requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate daily site visits for the installation team, ensuring jobs are accurately raised and tracked within the system.
* Handle inbound calls from customers and engineers, providing professional support and assistance.
* Order and arrange the dispatch of system parts and access equipment to sites in advance of engineer visits.
* Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
* Process and issue invoices promptly upon completion of works.

* Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or scheduling role, ideally within engineering, construction, or service industries.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using business systems to manage jobs, quotations, and invoicing.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documentation, quotations, and invoices.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
