The Role As Data Officer, you will take responsibility for the collection, maintenance and analysis of pupil data across the school. Working closely with senior leaders, heads of department and pastoral teams, you will ensure that assessment, attendance and progress data is accurate, accessible and presented clearly. Your work will directly support decision-making around pupil progress, intervention strategies and statutory reporting. The role requires a high level of accuracy, discretion and confidence in working with school systems. Key responsibilities include: Managing assessment and attainment data cycles Producing reports for leadership, governors and external bodies Supporting exam entries, results analysis and census returns Maintaining data integrity across SIMS / Arbor or equivalent MIS Responding to data queries from teaching and pastoral staff The School Environment This is a large, well-run secondary school with a strong reputation locally.
