Our client is a well-established and growing business based in Worcester, seeking a confident and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.
As Sales Ledger Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the finance function. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
3. Chasing outstanding payments and managing aged debt
4. Resolving customer invoice queries in a timely manner
5. Maintaining accurate records on Sage
6. Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
About You:
7. Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role
8. Strong working knowledge of Sage (essential)
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
11. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
