You'll be the go-to person for ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, making a real difference to the lives of residents.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing and motivating a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and void works.
2. Overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with council requirements.
3. Conducting regular site inspections, approving works, and maintaining exceptional quality control.
4. Monitoring budgets, productivity, and performance against KPIs/SLAs.
5. Acting as a key liaison between the council, contractors, and residents to keep communication clear and efficient.
What We're Looking For
6. Experience supervising social housing repairs is essential.
7. Background working with local authority housing contracts.
8. Knowledge of responsive repairs, voids, and H&S compliance.
9. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
