Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Technical Analyst to join a strategic, industry-wide initiative focused on Digital Identity. This role is critical in supporting the client Bank's participation in this transformative program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and interpret third-party documentation related to digital identity frameworks and standards.
* Ask the right technical and functional questions to clarify requirements and identify gaps.
* Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
* Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and delivery.
* Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
* Ensure traceability of requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the digital identity space.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
* Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
* Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standards. Experience with Digital Identity solutions (eg, Aadhaar integration, eKYC, decentralized identity).
* Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, or other identity protocols. It would be good to have knowledge on Role Based access control (RBAC), Identity federation and Single Sing On (SSO)
* Exposure to Biometric and Behavioural Authentication would be added advantage
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Background in banking or financial services is a plus.
