Private Client Solicitor – Stoke
Are you a passionate Solicitor with experience in Wills, probate and estate planning? A forward-thinking law firm with five offices is looking for a talented professional to join its growing Private Client team. About the Role
As a Solicitor in the Private Client team, you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including:
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Managing estate administration and probate
* Advising on trusts for financial planning and residential care fee mitigation
* Supporting clients with Inheritance Tax planning
You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, embraces technology to improve efficiency and prioritises clear communication and exceptional client service.
You will have:
* A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
* 1-4 years PQE, ideally within Private Client law
* Hands-on experience with Wills, LPAs and estates
* Familiarity with asset preservation trusts and estate planning strategies
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
