Overview
I am currently recruiting for an employer of choice based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a UK Finance Manager to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business with an incredibly successful Finance Director.
Responsibilities
* Manage a small team - including training and development of staff members.
* Be responsible for Management Accounting and board reporting.
* Manage intercompany reconciliation process
* Control and prepare the annual budget (FP&A)
* Prepare monthly forecasts for the Business Leadership Team
* Manage and review P&L, support in the production of monthly flash reports
* Review and improve the monthly reporting process
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Prepare the UK statutory accounts, managing year end process
* Act as key liaison with external auditors
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent with at least a few years post qualified experience
* Prior hands on experience within a broad accounting role
