Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of paid social media campaigns. The role involves managing and growing paid advertising activity across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter), with a strong focus on TikTok.

You will be responsible for channel performance across client accounts, using platform expertise, data analysis, and ongoing testing to maximise results. The ideal candidate is performance-driven, organised, and up to date with paid social trends and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management: Support the setup, optimisation, and ongoing management of campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Performance & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS), analyse performance, and contribute to regular reporting with optimisation insights.
* Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality, on-brand ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
* Audience & Testing: Assist with audience segmentation, A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies, using data to drive improvements.
* Budget Oversight: Support budget allocation & management to ensure efficient spend and delivery.
* Trends & Research: Stay informed on paid social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team.
* Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist with client communications, reports, and presentations to ensure alignment with campaign and business goals.


Essential Criteria:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Hands-on experience with social advertising platforms, in particular TikTok Ads Manager.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or other data analysis tools.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with social media trends.
* Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is a plus.


Preferred Experience:

* 2+ years of experience working in paid social media advertising. Ideally experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry such as fashion, beauty or entertainment.
* Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads is an advantage.
