Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Travel Requirements: None Location: Norfolk, VA SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Project Manager, Principal to manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Manage complex, high-risk, and/or strategically significant projects across the full project lifecycle. Identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish risk mitigation strategies. Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes and/or proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs. Participate in proposal development for large, complex, or new project initiatives. Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful execution. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers. Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, including managing complex and high-risk projects. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
