WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Some one that is keen to travel. It is essential that you are always supporting all clients and possible clients in an efficient and professional manner. You are expected to be ready and well prepared for all technical support communications and visits: previous reports read, discussions of aims and expectations for all meetings, visit and communications to be conferred with the relevant Executive Account Manager, and a full understanding of what is expected from you to be agreed.
THE ROLE:
Analyses various wastewater treatment methods used to prepare water for industrial and domestic use; recommend the most effective method.
Analyses disposal methods or treatments for sludge; recommends and develops sludge treatment plants or methods to best serve the assigned area.
Fill out risk assessment documents for all visits /projects.
Producing designs, both initial outlines and full plans, for sewerage, water treatment, and other water-related projects.
Presenting project details and technical information to colleagues and clients.
Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
Liaising with clients, contractors, government agencies, local authorities, and suppliers.
Engaging in public consultations about water projects.
Monitoring conditions at sites – for example, checking water levels.
Keep detailed and easy to follow documentation of all visits and training, provide all customers with procedural guidance, to include but not limited to set-up and installation of product dispensers and pumps on board Marine vessels.
Fill out risk assessment documents for all visits /projects.
Successfully manage the relationship with the immediate client.
Maintain awareness of and comply with the Company Quality Policy and applicable Company Procedures.
To undertake any ad hoc tasks that may be necessary as specified by the manager to deliver exceptional customer service .
THE PERSON REQUIRED:
Be ready to travel across Europe and other parts of the world.
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Experienced working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 18001 standards
