You will steer our policy agenda, lead a talented team across policy, research, impact, and communications, and make sure the voluntary and community sectors voice lands where it counts. From shaping debate at Stormont to strengthening member insight and amplifying lived experience, you will be driving impact every day. This role suits someone who can see the big picture, stay grounded in evidence, and turn insight into influence. You will bring experience in policy leadership, building strong relationships across government and civic society, and leading people through complexity and challenge.
