Experienced Chef de Partie wanted for flexible, ongoing agency work in London!
We are currently seeking skilled Chef de Parties to join our growing team of chefs working across some of the capitals most exciting venues including 5-star hotels, restaurants, private members clubs, event caterers and corporate sites.
This is the perfect opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in varied environments, have strong attention to detail, and are confident running their own section.
The Role:
Working in a variety of professional kitchens across London
Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
Running your own section and ensuring consistent high standards
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie
Ability to work independently and as part of a brigade
Experience in fresh food kitchens or high-end hospitality
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Full uniform - chefs whites, safety shoes, set of knives, and valid right to work in the UK
Up to date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
What We Offer: Hourly pay up to £22 (Inc. holiday) depending on the client
