We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive who can manage client accounts, run paid advertising campaigns, and actively contribute to business development.
This is a hands on role for someone who understands performance marketing, enjoys speaking with clients, and takes ownership of results.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing client campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, supporting SEO and copywriting efforts, maintaining CRM systems, and helping drive new business through structured follow ups and outreach.
You will work closely with the internal team while also speaking directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
* Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns
* Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
* Monitor budgets, performance metrics and ROI
* Provide clear reporting and performance insights to clients
* Continuously test and improve campaign performance
SEO & Copywriting
* Support on-page SEO improvements
* Conduct basic keyword research
* Write or assist with website content, landing pages and ad copy
* Optimise content for rankings and conversions
Client Account Management
* Handle client calls and performance reviews
* Chase up outstanding items or required assets
* Maintain strong communication and build long term relationships
* Ensure client expectations are managed professionally
Business Development
* Follow up inbound leads
* Conduct discovery calls
* Support proposal preparation
* Assist in identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
CRM & Follow Up Management
* Maintain and update CRM systems
* Track pipeline activity
* Ensure structured follow up processes are followed
* Keep records accurate and up to date
AI & Innovation
* Comfortable using AI tools within marketing workflows
* Strong understanding of how to combine AI efficiency with human strategy
* Ability to critically review AI outputs rather than rely on them blindly
Requirements
* Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
* Experience running Meta Ads campaigns
* Good understanding of PPC strategy and optimisation
* Basic SEO knowledge and copywriting ability
* Confident speaking to clients on the phone
* Organised and process driven
* Comfortable working in a fast paced agency environment
